This tool is designed to help you understand your own lab results. It runs on your device, and your health data belongs to you — not to us, not to advertisers, and not to anyone else.
In normal use, we collect nothing. The testosterone calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you type or upload are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server we operate.
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) may be recorded by our hosting provider as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are used only for security and uptime monitoring, are not linked to any individual's health information, and are retained for no more than 30 days.
When you upload a PDF or photo of your lab report, the reading happens on your own device:
Your actual PDF or image file never leaves your device. It is read directly in your browser, and nothing is uploaded to any server.
Values extracted from your report — such as total testosterone, SHBG, or PSA — are used to populate the calculator on screen. They are not stored, logged, or transmitted.
If your device's on-device reader cannot find hormone or lab values in your report (for example, because the report uses an unusual layout), you will be offered the option to try AI-assisted extraction. This is always opt-in and never happens automatically.
When you choose to use AI extraction:
Anthropic's API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy and their Usage Policy. API requests are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Only the text content of your report is ever sent — never your name, date of birth, or any other identifying information visible on this page. We recommend reviewing your report before using this feature to confirm it doesn't include details you'd prefer not to share.
This site loads fonts and open-source libraries from standard CDN providers (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN). These providers may log the request as part of their infrastructure operations; we do not receive that data.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We have no advertising partnerships of any kind.
The optional AI extraction feature uses Anthropic's API (see Section 3). No other third-party services receive any user data from this site.
This tool is intended for adults seeking to understand their own medical lab results. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through the optional AI feature, please contact us so we can delete it.

Reference ranges and interpretive text are general information. Individual lab ranges vary by laboratory, testing method, patient age, and other clinical factors. Free testosterone is estimated using the Vermeulen equation, which may differ from values on your lab report. Always interpret your results with the guidance of your physician or healthcare provider.
AI extraction is designed to read numbers from your report. It may make errors, particularly with unusual report formats, handwritten notes, or poor-quality scans. Always verify any extracted values against your original report.
Never make treatment decisions based solely on this calculator. Your doctor has access to your full medical history; this tool does not.
